Added kitchen-dokken blog post

As requested on slack, I have written a short blog post on configuring kitchen-dokken to work with the Cinc client. This just covers the basic usage and not aspects like testing services.

The documentation in the readme mentioned creating date based folders for new articles but none of the existing ones use that structure. To be consistent I have put my post in the same directory as the others, please let me know if I should move it.
