split quickstart by product

There's two things that bother me that I couldn't find a fix for:

• quickstart/index show the publish dates of the quickstarts, I wish it wouldn't. Removing date from the front matter just makes the index default to unix epoch :/
• when you expand the quickstart menu the alignement looks weird
