Update example, better pipeline

We should use this PR to discuss how we want the pipelines to work. I'm proposing in this commit that we test PRs and Tags, but not master, as presumably it was already tested in a PR. In time I'd like to have tags publish automatically to supermarket. Comments? Suggestions? Violent reactions? o.O
