Cinc client image resources

Lance Albertson requested to merge cinc-client-resources into master

These should be replacements for all of the images used in Chef which can be found under chef/omnibus/resources/chef. I tried to keep the same layout as those to the best of my ability. I'll try a test build with these images to see how they look when they're actually being used.
