Replace async-std with async-net and other smol components

The main weight is now carried by async-io, which has already been a dependency since bcf704e2.

    (especially it does update async-io to 2.0 as requested there; it leaves the nix issue unresolved, but that was not the main issue there, please open a new issue for nix-less if other platforms have other ways of getting the local address)
