Oneplus 6 (enchilada) display only updates when unl0kr is launched

Just installed unl0kr on postmarketOS edge and it doesn't appear to update the screen except when it's killed/launched. The video shows a bit more what I'm talking about. unl0kr starts up but the display doesn't update, so it doesn't appear to be running. When it's killed and relaunched, the display updates once, but no further. I can enter characters, kill and re launch unl0kr, and there are more characters in the text field.

In order to get into the initramfs I'm using a debug shell.

To be clear - typing in my password "blind" does work. The disk is unl0kd and I do get to the OS. So it's just an issue with display.

Yeah, sounds like it. Copying the config file from fajita's device package has solved this issue; making an MR for pmaports for it.

Sorry, I hadn't clocked that enchilada had the same problem. I thought we had tested that.

But thank God that this issue is not making a return. I'm still having nightmares from chasing it...

I'll close this given that you've opened a PR on pmaports to fix it.
