Release v0.3.0

Much more support for including code in slides.

- Include --fragile flag for any fragile envs. (Helps with verbatim
  environments, including codeblocks and asymptote.)
- Stop trimming whitespace at start of CONTENT lines. (Whitespace still
  trimmed for images, titles, etc.)

Add * feature to include inline images
