UI for all options

Changes:

• prettify UI for existing options
• display "To be supported" message for non-gauge visualizations
• new UseMetricEditor, use it for Min / Max options
• new Value Format category with: Unit, Decimals, Size

Other changes:

• ColorPicker: disable named colors (so that it always returns colors in HEX format, e.g. #FFFFFF)
