Turns out kube-lego 0.1.6 had the minor bug of not actually requesting new certificates leading to the expiry of certificates and the inability for users to visit the site due to the automatic HTTPS redirection that comes built-in by default. Doh!

This MR updates to 0.1.7 and is (no, really this time) the last time kube-lego needs to be updated. Until the next bug is found, anyway 😉
