Updates new user onboarding flow

Sai requested to merge update-onboarding-ui into develop

This MR updates the new user onboarding flow described in #8 (closed) and the new design implemented can be found on Figma board. The redesigned onboarding flow with helpful graphics, clear descriptions of features, and new colors aims to enhance the user experience of a new Ceno browser user.

Changes made -

  • Updated ui for all onboarding fragments
  • Added resources as per new design
