Update CENO to Ceno in entity declarations for all locales, remove unneeded...

This MR updates "CENO" to "Ceno" in entity declarations for all locales and removes an unnecessary license comment at top of the brand-strings.xml files, which was being excessively duplicated (probably by Weblate?) in some of the files.

@jnny do you think this change will cause any issues with Weblate? I know we aren't supposed to change the locale-specific strings files outside of Weblate, but then there is this entity declaration which can not be changed in the Weblate interface? 🤷🏽
