Add camo icons

This MR adds the "camouflage" designed by a hackathon contestant as described in #58 (closed). It also makes a few minor improvements to how the list of icons is retrieved and displayed in the settings pages.

@jnny I've added you as a reviewer mostly as an FYI, but please look through the icons I've included and let me know if you would like any changes or additions.
