This MR addresses #68 (closed) and includes the following changes -

Adds option to three dot menu on BrowserFragment to enable reader view mode
Modifies the sequence of ViewBoundFeatureWrappers to handle back button press correctly
Modifies reader view mode controller to match the browser theme
Updates automated test to test reader view mode functionality
