Issues with artifacts updates

  • Do not consider empty strings deletions if the previous value was null
    Fix #1511 (closed)
  • Remove "Apply immediately" button in update event add form (instead submit then approve & apply)

  • Add title to edit single artifact page

Note that this prevents issues like #1511 (closed), but that update event has to be deleted or edited in the database to work.
