updated dockerfile to install gd and yaml php extensions

Insatalled yaml and gd extensions.
first build the container python3 ./dev/cdlidev.py -- build app_cake
You can add phpinfo() and see that both extensions are installed.
@aditiansingh could you please test that it works?
@larsgw is this image ok? Looks like the site works normally.
