Discussion : Setting up Roles for Journals.

This issue discusses how the roles should be set up for the overall framework.

Right now we will try to focus on setting up for Journals.

@NishealJ Can you explain to me in details which functionality will be access by which users(role_id).

Ex.

• the index can be accessed by admin and editor.
• the view can be accessed by admin only.
