* This is based on the previous "android.jar" work by
  Kai-Chung Yan, available at [1].
* Adjust that to account for this new source package,
  adding dependencies to packages built from
  src:android-platform-frameworks-base.
* Import the entire junit source code as an upstream tarball
  directly rather than putting specific classes in debian/.
* Also add more classes from other upstream repos,
  as present in upstream's android.jar
