The name is now scoped for use on private bytesafe.dev registry. The version is set to 0. The CI Pipeliine Release job will set the package version (without a subsequent git commit).
The package version is derived from a git tag and written to package.json with no git commit. This is then published to remove bytesafe.dev registry
