Resolve "Remove pipeliner graph drawing functions"

Closes #337 (closed) The graph drawing stuff in pipeliner.flowchart_illustration is not used and doesn't even make good looking graphs.

These functions are not used by doppio, which has its own graph drawing functions, duplicating the function of these ones.

Tools for upstream/downstream tracing have already been moved to pipeliner.project_graph
