Add nathan weisz's group and improve publication lists

This MR adds our group.

Additionally, it optimizes the publication lists:

1. Per default, only the last 4 years are shown
2. Publication lists for members are only shown if that person actually has publications in pure
3. The publication_paragraph is now a template tag and allows you to also supply a doi if you want a specific publication.
