EN-56: Account settings layout

This MR is dependant on "EN-71/Bug from EN-28: Admin home page skeleton and logout". Please merge it before this one if you merge for me

What I have done:

• Create a simple and responsive layout for the Account Settings page using Grid mainly
• Write documentation and unit tests
