Naming has been all over the place since at the beginning we didn't know exactly how we wanted to use the SDK. Fixed it following a proper convention using "KotlinTezos" (KTezos for the inside module). This is a complete breaking change. All imports of io.camlcase.javatezos should be changed to io.camlcase.kotlintezos.
