Use nitrile for building

Camil Staps requested to merge nitrile into main

To do:

  • In nitrile.yml, uncomment the itasks-electron dependency
  • Update CI config
  • In src/build.js, use the correct target (not always linux-x64)
  • Maybe don't use linux-x64 at all (then the readme has to be updated)?
