Dragging

This is mostly working ... the beautiful "when you click something and immediately start dragging it just works" .. is not just working. It could be really hard or maybe I just need to sleep on it?

Anyway I think this is ready for a review for now. I don't think I'll get a chance to respond to review quickly. I recommend you review, then make changes yourself, push it up, review it again, then merge when you're happy
