Draft: Resolve "Filter seems to remove properties from the summary card but not connections from the categories."

Add the ability to toggle the filters on and off.

Middleware on the api call could allow us to store both filtered and unfiltered versions. We can fill each on first request of them and switch between them without extra api calls.
