feat: add CAS100 basic support

Got a (brand new) Graph 100+USB two days ago, which was the last calculator I needed to support the variant of CASIOLINK I was missing. This MR brings some work to bootstrap supporting at least main memory data transfers with the Graph 100 / AlgebraFX communication-wise! 😄
