Draft: Improve compression and optimization

to_v0.3.1 into master

Updated the 3D viewer, added support for new formats: GCODE and GLTF/GLB.
Removed unused files and data.
Improved compression and optimization of wasm.
Added a splash screen during page load.
Added localization for Chinese language and corrected translations.
Fixed bugs with buttons, updated footer links, and integrated Playwright for testing.
