Minor fixes in wording, add `sudo` where necessary

Multiple kinds of changes. I'd be sorry for mixing them, weren't they all minor ones in themselves:

• missing sudo from two last commands (viewing log also could need it, yes...)
• one occurrence of word repeat
• uneven spacing here and there, which also affects rendered page
• minor sentence stylistic changes
