Add ability to customize comment channel name

Added the ability for customization of the comment channel name. This is primarily useful for self-hosted installs and merely affects the display name of auto-generated channels for comments.

The channel names were a bit too long for my personal liking (especially on mobile), so I needed a way to make them a bit shorter.
