Updated metadata for gnome-extensions website

Gnome extensions website has a version of 27 in its metadata causing the new gnome-45 update to be overwritten.

This PR just bumps the number so that when the zip is uploaded it will be the highest version.

Could also provide a quick script for automatically copying the files from this repo into ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/gnome-extension-brightness@... folder
