Add Language Chinese

Hi, I found this program at F-Droid. After using it, it seems slightly inconvenient to have only English, so I decided to add Chinese. This file is only part of it, the rest is being translated. Not quite sure if it will go through though, so I'll just have to submit it and try it out.
