This MR is a continuation work of what @bertille-ddp1 began in may. It’s rebased on today’s (2021-02-21) master branch.

Provides french translation for this application

I didn’t succeed to setup a development environment on my machine (I must admit I’m totally lost behind the Android Studio interface… so much button…), thus I cannot test if I didn’t introduce anything wrong in the files. In the next couple of week, I’ll try to learn more how to use it to test it by myself. However, as this MR only deal with files in the i18n folder, if you succeed to make it build, it should be ok?
