Tracks can be built across tracks without connecting
Rapid right click in track mode caused crash: I was host a MP game. on the server I was placing track across other tracks, then raplidly right clicked heaps and then the game crashed!
I couldn't repo this but there is a problem tracks can be built over other tracks!
BCurveMeshNode::generate_collision() is being called, but the curve editor _check_for_goodness doesn't seem to be picking up on anything?
