if blockHidden true, check incomingNumber on allow all

fix for #15

Looks like, when Allow All Calls is selected, then the Checkbox Block hidden numbers is ignored. With this fix in BlacklistActivity the check on an empty number will be handled also, if Allow All Calls is selected.
