Fallback Electrum RPC url

Jørgen Svennevik Notland requested to merge jQrgen/votepeerjs:fallbackrpc into master

Add multiple trusted RPC URLS in case one is down.

The connection crashes if the trusted RPC node is down.

Currently there is only one trusted RPC URL: https://gitlab.com/bitcoinunlimited/votepeerjs/-/blob/master/lib/blockchain.ts#L11!
