Implement focused scripthash queries

Dagur Valberg Johannsson requested to merge dagurval/rostrum:bye-status into master

This replaces the generic Status-class based implementation with ones that focus on just the query being performed (history, listunspent or balance). This reduces the amount of work done. The work is also made parallelized.
