Remove Teamcity leftovers

BigBlockIfTrue requested to merge BigBlockIfTrue/bitcoin-cash-node:feature/teamcity-second-nuke into master

Merge request !30 (merged) intended to delete Teamcity files, but as pointed out by @ShadowOfHarbringer, there are some leftovers. This removes these leftovers as well.

  • Deletes folder contrib/teamcity
  • Removes folder mention in folder list in contrib/CMakeLists.txt
  • Removes automatic Teamcity build from update-chainparams autocommit tool (contrib/source-control-tools/automated-commits.sh)

Like !30 (merged), can be reverted if we decide to use Teamcity later.
