Decent testnet/regtest logo/icon colours (#27)

BigBlockIfTrue requested to merge BigBlockIfTrue/bitcoin-cash-node:feature/fix27 into master

Replaces the old hue shift code with a new colourised greyscale algorithm.

The new testnet colours match the existing bitcoin_noletters_testnet.png which was already used for one of the icons on Windows. (I basically reverse-engineered how I made that.)

Some code was reformatted following our Lead Maintainer's decision to abolish the 80-char line limit.

Tested as follows:

  1. Launch the node on each network (mainnet, testnet, regtest).
  2. Check splash screen and verify system tray icon has same colours.
