Remove bitcoincashorg site files, leaving specs/, bitcoin.pdf, a README and COPYING
requested to merge freetrader/bitcoincash-upgrade-specifications:cleanup/remove_dot_org_website_files into master
Removes the bitcoincashorg website files, leaving:
- specs/
- README.md
- COPYING
- bitcoin.pdf
Some HTML files relevant to the previous site are also removed from within specs/ .
