Add Gitian builder signatures for BCHN v25.0.0 release

freetrader requested to merge freetrader/announcements:qa/release_25_0_0_sigs_ft_im_cc into master

Review that the signature file names match the same pattern as for previous releases (the filename pattern consistency matters for ease of update of the BCHN website).

Verify that the signatures are valid. (pubkeys can be found under contrib/ in the BCHN code repo)
