Draft: Add draft financial report in order to work on #4

Opening new Financial Report in draft/ folder in order collaborate on rewrite of non-BCH (ABC, SLP, maybe SmartBCH?) sections.

Future report month of July set speculatively, might be adjusted towards a later month as needed.
