Add NewsFlash and mmsd packages

I have prepared a ebuild for Newsflash, which works well on mobile. Please note that the official installation method is to use Flatpak. Having say that I found that this ebuild make Newsflash faster at opening.

Moreover, this PR includes two other ebuilds made from kop316 repositories:

  • a news ebuild for a service called mmsd. This service should provide a mean to read and get MMS
  • a news version of lib-purple-sms who make possible to integrate in messaging apps

Sorry for the multiples commits, I have made some mistakes with command-line
