add sentry with flask integration

@jonafato I didn't see your branch https://gitlab.com/bigapplepy/yak-bak/tree/sentry until just now -- what I have here is tested & working locally (the ZeroDivisionError you may have seen go by in email, if sentry does that). Let's pick one and get it launched?
