When bulk loading the existing locally cache merge requests we trigger a screen redraw after each one is loaded. This is horrendously inefficient resulting in 1000's of refreshes in an incredibly short time. This change introduces batching of updates. Refreshed merge requests are queued for processing, and a background goroutine will wake up periodically to look for more. Signed-off-by: Daniel P. Berrangé <berrange@redhat.com>
