Supporting Python 3.12

Hello there,

Periodiq currently lacks compatibility with Python 3.12. This was previously due to a similar issue with one of its dependencies, pendulum.

However, with pendulum's latest update resolving this, I've initiated this Merge Request to discuss adding support for Python 3.12. Please advise if there are any additional modifications required.
