Back To Gamedev 2: Electric Boogaloo

Some tweaks 'n such. The commits are fairly incremental.

Please test before reviewing the changes. I've added something to the nighttime and I would like feedback as to whether it has the intended effect or not.

Noteworthy is that if you change the time now, you will need to change it to 7:00/23:00 to have the opening/closing events occur properly due to them being tied to the hour change now.
