Resolve "pydecha to be used on dsraid2 unix machine"

Closes #5 (closed) Changing basic path definition by os.path.abspath(path) to convert to the proper format for different os. Adding a cmos_config-dsraid2.yaml file to use directly with the dsraid2 server.
