Bump versions

• Bumped Versions
• Added new theia plugin "bulk-edit"

I experimented with the vscode-builtin-markdown-language-features plugin. Using vscode-builtin-markdown-language-features": "https://open-vsx.org/api/vscode/markdown-language-features/1.39.2/file/vscode.markdown-language-features-1.39.2.vsix" fixes the error message (this is according to theia the latest working version, in the next theia version more recent updates should work as well). But it seems that with that version as well as with the one we currently have, markdown preview is not working. In fact, it seems like all buttons in the right corner are gone (Although I'm not sure which buttons have been there for different files last version). I wonder if there is a different root cause perhaps. Needs more investigation.
