acme-cli: Add FTDI FT260 support for ACME

This should be combine with FT260 scripts to run correctly. Those can be found here: https://gitlab.com/jneanne/acme-utils/-/tree/sumo-FT260?ref_type=heads

This is unpolished but funtional for first review.
