Resolve "Calendar view"

View menu and modals are using some visual polishing. For the first release we're planning on keeping the basic components (like inputs, buttons, dropdowns etc.) from the live app. There's already a v1.1 in the works, where we'll redesign these as well.

The calendar view is a premium feature.
